wierd formatting of recent posts
wierd formatting of recent posts
this afternoon I noticed that something was up with the way the forum displays on my computer. It does the same thing with two different browsers, which is that it displays some of the message text (in recent posts only) in a much smaller font than normal. It might be that both browsers use the same subroutine and that has gone wrong but has anyone else noticed the same thing?
I am a lot less good with 'puters than I am with (say) hub gears... so please forgive me if it is anything obvious to those who are more computer literate than myself....
cheers

Sorry, an unforseen problem with the new server which uses PHP 7 instead of PHP 5.

I'm also seeing odd formatting. The first few posts on a thread show up normally. framed in the normal form borders, but the following posts show up full width, without the borders etc.

Also seems to be fixed now!
Re: wierd formatting of recent posts
User avatars have disappeared (like they usually do when there's a forum update ).

Yeah, there's always something that is missed in testing!
I can see your avatar, Gaz: is it OK for you now?

No sign of it here. I've logged out, logged in, no sign.
Logged out shut down my browser and restarted it, no sign.
I can't see any user uploaded avatars. Bucket Avatars are displaying properly.
Firefox 58.0.1 on Win10.

Getting horizontal scroll bars at bottom of some posts.

Something to do with image modification times: when requesting the missing avatars the server is responding with "304 Not Modified" and no image, rather than responding with a "200 OK" and the image.
Re: wierd formatting of recent posts
Just tried re-uploading my Avatar, no change.
