I have a private message on hold as my folder is full but I have only one saved message.
Why is this please and how can I read it?

Otherwise, you will have to manually delete your old PMs yourself.

The odd thing is after I manually deleted all of my pm's the message I wanted to read was still on hold.
I made the change you mentioned in your post and it's fine now...odd that.
