There's a spot in your profile which lets you show your location. Why not use it? I don't mean street name and number (unless you really want hungry cyclists turning up on your door demanding tea and cakes) but give us, and your colleagues a general idea. When, for example, you say you have a problem with hills, it might be that your colleagues can suggest a specific technique for a specific hill. It all adds to the fellow feeling. Give it a go.
