Changing password
Having forgotten my original password, I've been given a temporary (long & complex!) which I want to change. I've tried going to the User Control Panel but can't find any instructions about how to change it.

Click on User Control Panel, then on the Profile tab, then on Edit Account Settings. Then you'll see a box for entering the new password.
Suppose that this room is a lift. The support breaks and down we go with ever-increasing velocity.
