Alexander Gerst is interesting, he is an astronaut who will be in charge of the ISS for a while, in a small group far away from help
I did read that astronauts have their teeth checked cos there is no dentist up there, I bet plenty of other things are checked too (pregnancy?!)
A small group of people have to get on together for months in a tiny space. Puts my problems at work into perspective
An astronaut may take 1.5 kg hand luggage, Gerst took a couple of books

I wonder if he could make a career in politricks later

Boris Becker is a great one for getting up and starting over, +1! He won Wimbledon at 17, then the trouble started

Why is any successful female German tennis player nicknamed Doris Becker?

I don't have one, and I don't think I've ever had one. I don't understand the concept at all.

Jonathan Aitken is a former tory politrickian who was jailed for perjury. He has been ordained a deacon and plans to work as a prison chaplain, helping people who need help as well as punishment

Tim Martin of Witherspoons is popular with some forum members, he is financially successful apparently and his Establishments are popular with some cyclists

Plenty of people rather dislike him too mind, that is often a good sign
