A colleague of mine (and an ex-para and para-instructor in WW2) to the most obnoxious and bullying (more) senior Civil Servant with whom I ever had the displeasure of working. He to whom it was addressed hid in his room from about 9 a.m. until after we'd all gone home. With luck he wet himself.
