Folk/Punk band from Warsop in Nottinghamshire.
My mate's been banging on about them for years.I finally bought the debut 2012 CD.Absolute belter Ordering the 2nd/3rd/4th albums and need to see them live.
Every 10 years or so a band come along that make you stand up and take notice......possibly my favourite debut album since Stiff Little Fingers 1979 debut Inflammable Material but has to be LOUD....so I have it on in the car

Led Zeppelin 1.
Not a single duff track on the album.
Wish I was around when this was released ( I was but a wee bairn).
It must be one of the most stunning debut albums ever and had new fans re-setting the stylus till the vinyl was near-transparent!

Mario Lanza Sings Christmas Carols (1956). Not my normal genre*, but my mum passed away earlier this year, and when we were kids at Christmas we always had that album (12" vinyl) on in the background, or a similar one by Andy Williams. Obviously, I'm listening on Spotify now though.

Stirs up a lot of memories. I have it on at some point every year but this year is very different.

* Usually I listen to Pink Floyd (The Wall is my go-to chill-out album), Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Oasis, Jane's Addiction, Skunk Anansie, Doves, Twin Atlantic, Radiohead, Killers, U2, Mansun, Slipknot, Subways, and tons of 80s stuff. It's all quite varied.
