I don't agree in the slightest, and you know I don't.

I have held my views for well over 50years.
"Facts" aren't going to change this view of mine.

Are you virtuous?
Are you always right?

Do you have opinions that aren't inline with other people's opinions?

Are rhetorical questions a helpful way to debate?
They weren't rhetoric.
They were questions directly to you.

MM, good comments! :D

Hi Roubaixtuesday, Sounds like you think only those with success at Academia should be allowed to post? Having suffered the travails of Secondary Modern Education, failed my 11+ on purpose because the teacher confiscated my cap bomb, Grammar & Bar Council "Rules of Evidence" didn't crop up!
But one thing I do know is that if you insist on using a "Leading Question" you will almost certainly meet with evasion. If you want explanatory comment cut us poor illiterates some slack, we don't spend our days recalling halcyon days in the City of Dreaming Spires. MM

Your mention of "Joe E Brown" put me in mind of a different Joe Brown - he of Joe Brown and his Bruvvers - who appeared in the 1960s movie What A Crazy World and sang the song of the same title:

Over half a century ago - but very pertinent to today's shambles, methinks! If today's situation isn't utterly crazy, I don't know what is!

On this thread I've read people's reasons for leaving the EU but never once have they been based in fact, that's a fact!

So I ask yet again of Brexit supporters what facts do you have to support leaving the EU that will make the UK better economically, environmentally and socially?

What facts have you got for me to ponder?

Feelings don't nor can't count as they're just that and can lead someone to believe all kinds of weird and wonderful nonsensical ideas.

Back to topic: so now it's the DUP once again sticking their oar in.
"It ain't over till the *** lady sings" eh? At the moment she ain't singing.

If the DUP designed the agreement themselves they would still vote against it.

It appears you're addressing these questions to everyone who posts here so perhaps you could start by answering your own questions. For what it's worth here are my answers.

1. Define virtue.
2. Yes except when I'm wrong.
3. Everyone has.
4. No.

In a tweet to advertise an upcoming event featuring Wetherspoon boss Tim Martin as a speaker, Nigel Farage’s party inadvertently promoted a parody account poking fun at the pub chain founder.

If the account’s name, @GroovyTimbo, wasn’t warning enough of the mistake, the accompanying Twitter bio should have been the giveaway.

“I'm Tim Martin, chairman of JD Wetherspoon, a luxury business catering to bitter old alcoholics in the mornings and p***ed-up students in the evenings,” it reads.

The `DUP's policy on Brexit is quite clear.... they simply haven't been paid enough to side with Boris yet

Good grief!

I won't be asking anything else of you and I won't bother reading anything of yours again.
