She seemed to be having that effect on the cows,although I feel I must say her effect on me was completely the opposite :)

Dunno I quite like his vocal style. He's appearing in a village hall near here next month - might go along to see what he's like live.

You sure about the 40 miles? It was at Easington colliery on the coast between Hartlepool and Sunderland.

One of the Proclaimers latest songs.... ' Angry Cyclist ', warning, contains ' ear worms ', I can't stop

humming it. It's a state of the nation/world song, I think..., not particularly about cyclists, bang on form,

a cracker in my opinion.

Thanks Colin,the video is a poinient social statement for today's UK which hilight's a divided nation on so many levels,it wouldn't be out of place on the brexit thread IMO.
