I'm not keen on sweet pancakes. Made these instead.

You'd think one pancake would not be very filling, but all the double cream, cheese etc. means it is.

- Wake up
- See if Father Pancake has been
- Open all your pancakes
- Cook Pancake Lunch
- Watch Queen's Pancake Day speech
- Fall asleep for a bit
- Watch a pancake film
- Make sandwich from pancake leftovers
- Bed

Wanted to make some pancake mix to cook this evening, only had old uht milk (05.6.2018)
It was cheesy, slimy. Buying some fresh today, learnt that even uht milk goes off :?

Pancakes = fried porridge?

Just made pancakes with wholemeal flour plus OATMEAL! Either I was lucky, or oatmeal is a magic ingredient, the result is perfect

Porridge for breakfast, pancakes for tea, and what for lunch?
