International women's day.

Post by NATURAL ANKLING »

Hi,
I know I am a bit of an old fart, but it leans to me similar to inspiring, empowering (google has a definite gender slant on the later)
I do realise it has historical backgrounds and ongoing fights for womens rights especially in some backward countries.
Maybe I would ask women what it means to them.
We all know that its still very much "Its A Mans world"
But does "A Powerful Independent Women" get you going or sound a little too overstated.
We are of course different for a reason.
Trying not to sound to sexist, and don't want it to become a battle of such.
Maybe just opinions on gender statements and do we still need them.
Keep is respectful.
