and its something we have all known for a long time but if they are to become more desirable if I ever should have to leave my bike I will know make sure its locked up even more.

Thought this was going to be about the theft of the Team Wiggins bikes & bits from Cardiff last night.
Cardiff appears to be the bike-theft champion at the moment, with over 2,000 (IIRC) bikes nicked last year.
My friends had two stolen off the back of their motorhome a couple of years ago and while the police made polite investigations the problem never gets solved.

I take a slight issue though that 36/36h wheels are "traditional".
36/36 is a modern invention.
40/30 is traditional.
