Blacklisted By Ebay Seller

Post by NATURAL ANKLING »

Hi,
I purchased some parts from an ebay seller (business), but never arrived.
I checked their feedback and a healthy 99.8%, several thousand items.

Several emails later no goods so I got my refund from ebay.

If they had offered to send more goods (is what the good sellers do) then I might of tried to get them to return money with an email request.

But the mannner of emails was that of they don't really care.
So I skipped straight to ebay refund system.
I left a neutral feedback (I never like leaving negative).

Now they have blacklisted me as don't meet their requirments :?:

Makes me think now that they should of got a red mark instead :?:

Shrug it off, I can't imagine you were planning to buy from them again.

I wouldn't worry about it,if they've been rude or couldn't care less about their customer base you're not going to use them again anyway.
I've only ever had one such a problem with an Ebay seller when goods didn't arrive.
I was asked to wait two weeks for RM to declare the package lost and to fill in a lost in post form.
The seller then sent me a fresh item,it clearly wasn't the seller's fault.

Lets be honest , it's only EBay ...... it's not if your life depends on it .....

Hi,
Received an email today

"hi

i sent several lots of cables to you and all went missing, and then still lost you as a customer, due to the huge loss received and the high risk associated with you when sending goods i am sure you can see why i am reluctant to send any more.

Best Regards"
