Been watching BBC's The Trump Show round a friend's house... I conclude that his staff and supporters belong to one of 3 clubs:
* the deeply dim
* tight-lipped opportunists who will seemlessly flit to the new best bet
* Republicans who watched in disbelief when the farce unfolded, and who sooner or later, are seen to be acutely embarrassed.
America will be trying to forget all about this charlatan, by spring of next year. It will seem like a bad dream, uncomfortable but barely understood.

I hope you are right - it should be interesting - his two scenarios seem to be " I won" or "I was robbed".

I think there'll be plans in place for that... There's no end to the number of highly influential military & law enforcement Republican big-wigs that man has pissed right off, Rex Tillerson, ex-Secretary of State no less, for one.

Yo all, Well he'll be mad as hell at the revelation that he has a Chinese Bank Account? My wife has just told me, so ask her for a citation :oops: .
Public scrutiny of tax records should be available un Freedom of Information Rules, after all if you've got nothing to hide? :shock: :roll: :lol: MM

Class act really - paying more tax in China than in USA. OTOH, penalties can be so much more extreme in China, at a cost to the state of only 1 bullet!

Two different scenarios to be considered here: disputed election results and "defeat but it's a long time till January".

Donald Trump paid nearly $200,000 in taxes to China, report claims

Donald Trump maintains a bank account in China where he pursued licensing deals for years, according to a report that could undermine the president’s election campaign claim that he is tough on Beijing.

Tax records reviewed by the New York Times showed a previously unreported bank account in China controlled by Trump International Hotels Management. The account paid $188,561 in taxes in China between 2013 and 2015 in connection to potential licensing deals, according the newspaper.

Earlier reporting by the Times showed he paid just $750 in US taxes in 2016 and 2017.

Well, there's a racoon - this is quite funny - happened a couple of weeks ago. You have to click on 'View' in the tweet to see it and enable the sound (includes very, very mild but excusable cussing)...

'Little America' narrator: "Meanwhile, in the grounds of the big white house..."
