A couple of reports that for me illustrate how unsuited Trump is to his position, something that shows just how unthinking he is:
https://psamathe.net/tag/cycle-gear/ wrote:Trump plays golf after cancelling trip to Poland to observe Second World War anniversary

US president Donald Trump is under fire after finding time to play golf after he cancelled his trip to Poland to observe commemorative services remembering the onset of the Second World War.

President Trump was initially understood to be abandoning his visit to Europe in order to monitor the federal response to Hurricane Dorian as it approaches the southeastern coast of the US, but instead he flew from the presidential retreat of Camp David in Maryland to the Trump National Golf Club in Potomac Falls, Virginia, on Saturday.

And

It's headed for his Florida Resort...

But also spare a thought for the Northern Bahamas that are going to get mullered (it's been the Southern islands who got the full force of the last 3)

What can we expect from a spoiled brat of a child in an adult's body?
No sense of responsibility or duty IMHO.

Doesn't Trump have advisors or has he just sacked all of them who actually understand stuff

He's President of the US and seems to have memory of a sieve and lack of fact and understanding. How can his decision making be reliable with such a lack of grasp of reality?

Memory of a sieve?
Nah, he simply has no interest.

His hobbies are golf and boasting, and those are what he does 24/7.
When pressed for a decision on something he just makes it on the fly without any real forethought or understanding simply because those things don't interest him and so he expends zero energy on them.

I suspect the real Trump story is about what is going on behind the scenes.
Who's advising, why and when.

Another interesting aspect to his character flaws recently highlighted - that when he's shown to be wrong he has to pursue it trying to convince everybody he's right even when he clearly isn't.

The recent incident when he warned Alabama that Hurricane Dorian was heading for them. It was not and the US Weather service had to correct the announcement

But today he still trying to convince everybody he was right using doctored maps

...
'I don't know, I don't know, I don't know,' US president says when asked about apparent use of black marker.

Online it's all a big joke, but it actually Trump has broken a federal law (in the US it is illegal to publish fake weather information).

But that he can't accept he got it wrong (warning Alabama contrary to the weather service forecasts). And now, with a trail of destruction and (as I understand it) US still being pummelled, all he focuses on a pathetic attempts to show he's right and if a obviously doctored map with a black felt-tip is the best the US Government can manage .... Something seriously wrong in there.

He would refuse: it would mess up his hair. Isn't he very wary of exposing his coiffeur to winds?

No! His bone spurs would come back and he gets a note from mummy (written in his own handwriting).

He might fit in well with some forum members (on other sites not here, honest) who have to win an argument at any cost to truth. He basically carries out his presidential duties like those who stay up all hours arguing the to$$ about everything because they're always right.

Let's just laugh at him and try to press ignore at the next presidential election (if you're eligible to vote in American elections of course).

I see the U.S sent a 'scam' style email to the captain of the Iranian tanker offering him millions of dollars if he'd sail it somewhere they could seize it...

I'm both incredulous and unsurprised at the same time.

(I'm also worried in case that Nigerian prince who offered me $500m was genuine.)

I heard (probably R4 this morning) that they've [US] done it to quite a few Iranian tanker captains. I imagine most of these oil tanker captains are smart enough to realise that were they to sail to somewhere the US can seize the tanker, they would probably be seized as well and end-up spending the foreseeable future in US custody (without the promised millions of $).

And yet more utter nonsense from the T. He now sees fit to have a go at Greta:
Trump wrote:She seems like a very happy young girl looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!

Honestly, I'd like to see the Trumpf "looking forward to a bright future". Something involving the Death Valley, perhaps, I'm sure it's pretty "bright" down there. Sans water-bottle, sans means of transport (OK let's be charitable and lend him a bicycle). Let's see him "looking forward" to the future there.

Or alternatively could he be marooned on an ice-floe along with the entire world's remaining population of polar bears?
