Using high-quality, potable tap water to flush a toilet should be a criminal offence. :wink:

Cant remember exactly but might be nearer 20%.
Oh I agree, how many cubic metres do I need to store to get me through the summer.
We don't all live in wales :)
What does the water board do with rain water? Flushes out sewers?
Some of our roof water goes to the sewer some not, but there is no proportional rebate on surface water drainage AFAIK.
Road water drainage is charged to the customer even though the road authorities are responsible, if they were then it would go on council tax.

Bathtubs really must discharge to grey water tanks to flush toilets
