Man rejects bicycle prize

He won the prize after answering a question from Indonesia's President about the state ideology. However, he said 'I already have two bicycles, I don't want another.'

I wonder if he does not know that the correct number of bicycles is always one more than you have now.

Though, judging by past Presidential bicycle gifts, which have been similar to this one:
