its nice to know I am not the only one that uses yesteryear limited mp cameras. they can be cheap and produce fine results for viewing on monitors. considering 1920x1080 is only 2mp?

I've had very decent prints from the little Fuji, up tp 8"x10" so quite happy with the quality. I don't get this constant quest for more MBs and sharpness. The resolution of the human eye and viewing conditions are a big factor.
