I think .......and it's only think ......... that the Spanish holidaymakers were from Madrid.
I read somewhere, that in the history of Beni as a holiday resort, the Spanish from Madrid use it as much as the Brit sun-seekers.

Maybe the Madrid natives are different to other Spaniards?
