Well at least the driver can console him/herself, that they won't be presented with a bill for "damage to street furniture", or whatever the wording is. That's one tough cookie of a bollard!
Suppose that this room is a lift. The support breaks and down we go with ever-increasing velocity.

If his cojone chopping skills are on a par with his parking skills we should be quite safe.

I love the way he's crossed out the S of the (correct) "RATS" and replaced it with "RAT'S".

I think I can guess at his occupation...

How did the car end up like that?

Hi,
No idea the carpark was flat and in a shopping centre.
No driver present.

red marks the spot

You don't need to hit a immovable object like a tree to do lots of damage at low speed.

Ah but no! The bollard had a hiviz (white) stripe on it. That's why the driver didn't see it. We all know that motorists are completely blind to anything sporting hi-viz......

I'm guessing one of the "little rat's" took that note as a challenge and stole the car, maybe they thought it would be funny to leave it thoroughly parked?
