another puffer went past on the railway line a short ditance away. chuff chuff chuff chuff. They are noisey

40miles today 28C temp with quite a bit of off road climbing included,3.5l of liquid consumed to help stop me melting :shock:
But the big plus was that I didn't have one close pass or intimidation from any motorist :) which is a rarity IME.
