Conjuring up my own lentil soup and pancakes, all home-made
Not wasting food, dried-out pancakes from yesterday are rejuvenated by a minute in the microwave oven

40miles today 28C temp with quite a bit of off road climbing included,3.5l of liquid consumed to help stop me melting :shock:
But the big plus was that I didn't have one close pass or intimidation from any motorist :) which is a rarity IME.
