So .. we are working in Canton Depot near Cardiff ... we where doing upgrades on the trains power systems..
A company from Birmingham where fitting new wraps to the fleet ...new livery ... all in Welsh ..
All the words supplied by a Welsh advertising company in Cardiff ...
All was well .. the fleet made its way from Bristol to Swansea for over 8 months without a comment ...
Then ..
There was a fleet cascade ..
The old but reliable DMU's now went into Holyhead ...
UPROAR ... COMPLAINT ... White hell on terror mountain !!!!!
The Welsh on the trains wasn't WELSH ...it was Scots Gaelic ....
No one in South Wales noticed ......................
