I am back

Postby helijohn » 2 Sep 2019, 1:37pm

Well here I am again. :D I fixed up my Tiger Foldaway and sold it to buy a 20" folder with disc brakes and full suspension on an alloy frame. Then here I am two years later having sold that.
I just bought another Tiger.............got another cheapie foldaway where I am changing bits and pieces on it. Fortunately I had a lot of stuff from my first Tiger that I have now thrown on this one but what amazes me is how much I prefer the Tiger to the alloy one. The alloy one was a top of the range bike or so it seemed.

I am currently working on the handlebars side of things as I hate twist grip gear changers; a little bit because they mess with the position of the handlebar grip and brake lever position but mostly because twisting to change gear is so unnatural to me and awkward. Now I have a lever action changer on I have the brake lever in the right place and am just waiting for a set of grips that I like which normally is these
