The BBC mentioned this so I thought I would try and find the ref at the auctioneers

There is a slight catch. There is no way to get inside. Maybe use a ladder?

Yes (*gong*!) I do remember - not that I'm proud of the fact! But I think the house is going to turn out to be England's answer to Area 51 - and maybe these little critters are now squatting in it (having found New Mexico too hot)....
