I would call it an encyclopaedia.
It's the same the whole world over
It's the poor what gets the blame
It's the rich what gets the pleasure
Isn't it a blooming shame?

Useful for uncontroversial facts.

Many sites are little more than propaganda written and fiercely protected by obsessives.

And now IDS has been released on the public

Ian Duncan-Smith, MP for Chingford and Minister of Nothing-in-Particular, was speaking on Radio 5 when he admitted there were problems involved with the government’s handling of the Coronavirus pandemic that will require the help of experts.

When asked if these were the same people as the ‘Get Brexit Done’ campaign has referred to variously as ‘unpatriotic Judases’, ‘treacherous doom mongers’ and ‘pathetic pedlars of Project Fear’, Mr Smith admitted there may be some overlap.

In the last Dimbleby lecture Sir Tim Berners Lee mentioned two other 'gifts' to the world in the same spirit as his gift of the free gift of the internet.... Wikipedia and Open Street Map! I have contributed a bit of cash and accurate information to both, they are brilliant.

He didnt mention The Wellcome Trust's gift of the sequence of the human genome which others wanted to patent and profit from.

Ah the good old 'biscuit'! Whilst casting an eye over that site I spotted this:
Abandoned Prince and frozen out Princess find sanctuary in fairy tale castle

One bit of it caught my attention:
But it won’t be one long vacation according to sources. It is understood that the Duchess is in talks with Walt Disney Studios for a modern remake of Cinderella while she is in residence at the Castle.

A spokesman for the Studios said, “We have most everything in place except someone to play the Ugly Sister-in-Law.
Uncle Andy, surely! Made for the part!

People all over Britain are starting to question whether Home Secretary Priti Patel has ever really existed. During the Covid-19 crisis there have been fewer reported sightings of Patel than of the Loch Ness Monster and this has led many to wonder whether she is actually the product of their fevered lockdown imagination.

That's my monthly DD to Wikipedia cancelled!

I'm slightly disappointed by this topic, I was hoping it was where all the news that had been happening in the world had gone.
I must admit to being somewhat corona jaded now. There's absolutely no talk about anything else anywhere!

Ms Patel is alive, well and nasty as ever.

Thanks Ms Patel. You really get it.

The Coronavirus responsible for the current global pandemic, Covid-19, has described its recent infection of Prime Minister Boris Johnson as “exhausting, sweaty, and one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced”.

Speaking to reporters outside St. Thomas’ Hospital in London earlier today, the virus said that its fortnight-long foray into the body of Johnson had been both “deeply unpleasant” and less successful than expected, causing it to cut short the infection a week early.
