Is that how you will react if you get a call from a member of a busy team chasing up the contacts of people who have tested positive? That's how it works. "Hello Mr. Jones, I'm sorry to bother you but....". Is that harassment, informing you that someone you were close to a few days ago is now ill so you ought to self-isolate for a week or whatever? How are we supposed to deal with this if people object to that?
