Another Brexit discussion "locked".

Post by PDQ Mobile »

The UK Govt one now.
For no good reason that I can see?
Nothing really abusive in there.

The topic is being effectively censored on here and dare I say elsewhere.
I hereby protest.
We need a moderator moderator!!!

I am temped to post what I had ever so politely retorted on here, but will refrain.

That makes 4 or 5 threads now given this arbitrary treatment.

Brexit has not gone away and will not go away for a very long time.

Can't speak for that thread, but I was "current" on the last one when it got locked and it had gone a bit downhill.

At the point of being locked many posts were also removed so looking at it now you might wonder why it got locked...

The reasons have been removed by the moderators before we could read them, one suspects

Glad to see I had the last word, I expressed the hope that This b***t Madness turns out to be a nightmare

There are a few people on here who use political threads purely to wind up others for their amusement.

Moderation of such is a good thing, not a bad thing.

The issue is that rather than moderate these, the threads are locked, which fails to address the root cause.

Thread bans for individuals rather than thread locks is what is required, so transgressors suffer the consequences personally.

I suspect when their actions cause threads to be locked they are pleased with such an outcome.

Someone shall start a new one sooner or later, or a new event/crisis shall arise
