Policing by social media

Post by thirdcrank »

There's a numpty who has been using illegal blue flashing lights on his car - rathe like the migalki of Russian "businessmen" - and bragging about it on social media.

The police have caught him, given him the "naughty boy" talk, then bragged about it on social media.

Thinks: whose bragging will have the greatest effect?

Clue: There's a well-known phrase or saying "They can't touch you for it."

PS I couldn't think of the word "oligarch" when I wrote "businessmen"

People inadvertently handing themselves in seems to be all the rage. Lots of it going on. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-englan ... n-facebook
