not sure what your take on this amounts to. But it seems the EU wants the UK to shoulder the full burden of any GFA consequences due to Brexit, inspite of the fact the EU are co-guarantors of the GFA. That refusal by the EU is the impasse you are referring to?

It's the UK's fault,they want to leave,they've caused all the problems,they've gone back on their word it's them who shoulder the blame and cost.
And it'll be you and me who'll shoulder the real cost in many more ways than you may realise.
It's what happens when self entitled millionaire schoolboys wade waaayyyy out of their depth and drag the rest of us down with them!
The difference being they have the privilege of money lots of it,the rest of us don't!
