Just shifting some Spam into "The Sin Bin".

There's a steady trickle of the stuff, varying in it's sophistication (or lack of it!)

This last one was attempting to get people to carry out a travel survey and enter a prize draw ..........

Gone.

One of my not so good days; finding it hard to get going today!

Will try to have a cycle down the chinese supermarket; should get some happy endorphins circulating and raise my mood :)

There's a thought: I live within 4 or 5 miles to the 'Somerset' border sign, which features in Toontra's LEJoG blog - blimey, you wouldn't want to say that after a pint or six, would you? - with his bike propped up against it.

Well, as I've said before.... if you left now ...

Banana cake today .... I think......

Well I've just had the best home made curry that I've ever managed to make. Made doubly so because I grew most of the ingrdiants my self. Made tripley so by the 1/2 pint of port that I had with it (probably a bad idea as I don't normally drink, but Mrs Si has gone out and left me in charge BBWWAAAHA HA HA)

Just topped up my glass ...

SWMBO is out this evening. Back soon, I think, so I'd better leave some in the bottle!

Already cooked up a batch of peanut butter cookies this morning.

Just got to do a large batch of sauasge sandwiches (with homemade bread and homemade sausages).

All to be delivered to the hospital ward where my wife works as a special mid-morning treat to keep them all going.

And to top it all, my new bib shorts and headset tool arrived just now. Perhaps today is going to be a better day! :D
