One of my not so good days; finding it hard to get going today!
Will try to have a cycle down the chinese supermarket; should get some happy endorphins circulating and raise my mood

You an' me both.
I think I might have to have an early lunch and then do some baking!
Baking always improves things for me!

Perhaps I should change chinese supermarket to Devon. Ever thought of setting youself up as the next CTC tea stop? There's another thread somewhere of a LEJOG via cafes.....

There's a thought: I live within 4 or 5 miles to the 'Somerset' border sign, which features in Toontra's LEJoG blog - blimey, you wouldn't want to say that after a pint or six, would you? - with his bike propped up against it.
Well, as I've said before.... if you left now ...
Banana cake today .... I think......

Well I've just had the best home made curry that I've ever managed to make. Made doubly so because I grew most of the ingrdiants my self. Made tripley so by the 1/2 pint of port that I had with it (probably a bad idea as I don't normally drink, but Mrs Si has gone out and left me in charge BBWWAAAHA HA HA)
Already cooked up a batch of peanut butter cookies this morning.
Just got to do a large batch of sauasge sandwiches (with homemade bread and homemade sausages).
All to be delivered to the hospital ward where my wife works as a special mid-morning treat to keep them all going.
And to top it all, my new bib shorts and headset tool arrived just now. Perhaps today is going to be a better day!
