Just that I'm not feeling too good, and it's cold and dark outside
........

just tuck yourself into bed Mick, or snuggle up into a warm blanket or fleece....(with a wee dram if it helps)

and think good thoughts of spring, and warmth and that we all hope you better soon....

I think we should bring back hibernation.Or at least, some form of it. I can understand why our ancestors holed up' in thier nice snug caves from about November til February with a big pile of Mastodon spare ribs, lots of rugs and flagons of home-brew.Now that's the way to spend a winter!

Ey up lad is thee still badly? keep warm plenty of fluids NON ALCOHOLIC ! as that plays havoc with the system, and plenty of food, --- feed a cold, starve a fever! whack a couple of good curries inside you and sweat it out. once your feeling better hitch your trailer up and stick some of those concrete blocks on and go for a ride, get a good sweat on come home good shower and you'll feel tons better.

Ibuprofen certainly helps, but it tends to make my ears ring..
