Someone grab it, please

Even if you desperately don't want it, save it! I'll give it house room if required

Edited to add: It's a Raleigh, go and help the bloke bury it

Anyone like to go & fetch it for me?

*edit*

Just in case that's mis-construed, I've not asked the bloke if I can have it yet!

Well, it's coming on :D Everything arrived today - except the 9-speed hub - though it is coming from Germany :(
Sputnik rims, Shimano XT front hub and Sapim spokes from Spa
Halo tyres/tubes from UK Bike
1/8th alloy chainwheel from VeloSolo (beautifully machined it is too - and in the UK)
Cane Creek headset from ChainReaction
And all over a bank holiday period too - terrific service.

Got the front wheel built first. Must be the best one I've done - less than 1mm runout  . We'll see how it stands up to some bridleway use. Headset is in and smooth as silk.
USE suspension seatpost and Brooks Conquest pinched from my 'ride to work in winter GT Palomar' - the ones that came with this bike have replaced 'em.
If only that rear hub had turned up, I could have had it rideable tonight :? Fingers crossed for Saturday............
I reckon, even including the 3 gallons of diesel I used picking the bike up, it'll stand me at less than £550 for the original bike and bits I've had to buy - which for a 'new' 29er ain't bad at all :D
Those wheels do look huge next to a 26 incher

Can't guarantee it, but I might be able to fetch it for you. Trouble is, Wolverhampton/Birmingham is a big area! If it's to the north of the area I should be able to help.

Let me know what you find out. I will be away over the weekend so probably won't get to see my emails after Friday afternoon.

Take no notice, they look alright to me - you'll need 'em long and low when you're putting the hammer down
