No0w thats surprised me .As hard as i tried last night i could not get that picture to show up .

So now the bike is home .Saddle has been lowered somemore .Got some pedals from Spa Cycles and got the bottle cage on and a seatbag .

But now i am worried .Cos riders have been talikg about sloppy gear changing,wrong saddle.crap tyres and rubbish spokes .

Oh dear what have i done ?

Looks great, as for tires, come on! I get thru 3 rears and 1-2 fronts a year so that isn't going to be a problem for long, you may find they suit you anyway. Seats are VERY personal choose so see what you think forget the review. Spokes, if you are carrying lots of weight on the bike and/or have powerfull legs you may get one snap now and then, but a respoke is around £40 a wheel, you can buy a pair of RS10 wheels for £94 delivered tho so nor expensive IF it's an issue. Gears, set them accurately and slop no more!
Reviews are some times no more than other peoples oppinions.

Oh i have just had 10 mins riding round the street.

Fettled the seatpost .Now right height ,levelled the saddle and that feels fine without me shorts on .Gear changing soooo easy.

Fast.Like rding cotton wool compared to my Galaxy .

Well... the "device" is made of two short bits of laminate floorboard bolted above and below the rack platform, a bit of sawn off chair leg (from one of those terrible low easy-chairs we used to have in NAAFI's) and the proper Carridice saddlebag clamp. Getting Hammerite in the almost matching blue of the frame was pure good luck!

The two other bolts with wing-nuts are for the dog walking/running attachment. But that is just too difficult to describe! Perhaps a pic' of Mojo the workshop supervisor is the only way to show it properly?
