If you make a stew, add a teaspoon of Marmite. I makes the stew richer and "meatier".

I know that I'm a contrary little wart Mick - and here goes again - but I really do like Marmite on toast and, like you, particularly when there's eggs on top. However, for me, it ruins stews and soups.
