Me and Burscough Girl are utterly delighted. Welcome to The Lancashire Lad!
I remember Wigan Infirmary well, just along from the entrance to Haigh Hall. I spent a few hours there with a broken wrist back in '64. Stlll aches now. Mind you, I never gave birth there to a 9lb baby boy!
Well done, and many congrats!!!
Regards, and best wishes.

My son was 8lb 13 oz and was as skinny as a rake when he was born, he was just long and thin with a little thin face like an old man. He looked like Gollum. He was already needing the 3 month size baby gros too so I had to take a lot of the clothes I'd bought him back to the shops and change them.
When do we get to see a photo?
