Things you've never done
Re: Things you've never done
Eaten lobster in a French restaurant (apparently the seafood is all Scottish anyway!), ridiculously expensive. Last time we were in Paris it was 180 euros for two..
I like lobster, but we get ours fresh from Liverpool for twelve quid a go off one of the boats, and they taste fantastic. They say that they come from Scottish waters, but I'm not 100% certain! Probably Cornish but they are much of the same quality.

Hi,
Voted labour.
I plan to vote forever, but I will never vote labour on principle, on the fact that they aren't what they say they are.
Of course no party is either.

Then presumably you don't vote at all?
It's the same the whole world over

Isn't it a blooming shame?

Re: Things you've never done
As posted up thread there’s loads of things most of us wouldn’t have done or ever get the chance to do so I’ll go with what is probably most commonly seen as “the norm”.
1.Read a book since leaving school(1984).
2.Bought a newspaper.
3.Voted Tory.
4.Had a TV licence that I paid for.
5.Worn a suit/tie.
(In fact at 52years old I don’t own a pair of trousers, shoes or “proper” shirt)
6.Been to a dinner party.
7.Played Golf.
8.Swam in the Sea.(Done Lakes/ponds/rivers as a youngster)
9.Sunbathed on Holiday(don’t see the point).
10.Searched for British food when abroad.

Me neither, though have given in to the kids a couple of times.
Never eaten KFC or had a late night kebab.

Did once, to my shame. 1979, when I was only a child.

Did it once but never again I fear, the Snowdon Horseshoe
I think I would be too cautious (scared) to do Crib Goch now
Anyone been there recently?

Taken crack or heroin. Unlike most of the other similar. So there's one 2020 target!

Several times, all seasons.
And other great ridge walks: Bristly Ridge, Glyder Fach (good to include Tryfan North Ridge), Aonach Eagach, Glencoe, Cuillin Ridge, Skye. Great regret is never Tower Ridge, Ben Nevis in winter.
It's the same the whole world over
