No, I think Flowstone is calcium based, and is usually a creamy white colour :(

Lets recap, It's a close up picture, it's underground..... the clue was Stalactite or mite, the right area! but, it is a formation.

More likely, whatever it is that is forming (has formed?) has a name known only to speleologists.
