Alphabetic Photograph Challenge

Post by Mick F »

How about another alphabetic photograph challenge?
This one's got a twist to it in that someone has to suggest the topic to the next person.

I'll start it off and challenge someone to find an ANCHOR to photograph their bike next to.

The first member to get this one, will be able to challenge the next member with something beginning with B.
Nothing impossible, just something challenging.

Right, who's first with an ANCHOR?

Of course none of those count because I've done them before  .

Well, I thought I'd cover all bases.

Anchor in case we had to start again from a, and butter in case we were cracking on with B.

I called foul because to post it I had to use a stock image :)

Wouldn't a stock image have been something like a Knorr cube?
Mind you, had you chosen "Chicken", it would've still been a fowl.

Does size matter? Bagged this on the way home from work

For B we'll have beer barrels and a bike but none of those polished alu efforts. Proper wooden casks please and if you can bring me a full one all the better

Unfortunately we don't have any wooden ones at the <shameless plug>Cambridge Octoberfest which starts tomorrow</shameless plug>. We've got 30+ of the metal ones if quantity will do instead?

If you can bring me a full one down to Bristol, I'll let you off with the alloy ones.

Can't believe you lot can't find a beer barrel!
To prevent this topic dying on the (hop)vine, I offer this half hearted attempt.
It probably is a beer barrel, it just no longer contains beer
Will it be accepted?
I hope this works - haven't uploaded photos to a forum for a long time......

If so, I suggest a rather easier subject for C - a cairn, bigger the better.

The cairn doesn't have to be on top of a mountain.
Northants must have some memorial cairns - Naseby or Fotheringhay or the WW2 airfields round Polebrook perhaps?
