What is this?
Re: What is this?
A picture of four fingers, a gold wedding band, a week to view diary, table top and a bicylce shaped key fob/bottle opener?

It's not a Mercian, not with that chain case...
Trying to retain enough fitness to grow old disgracefully... That hasn't changed!
Re: What is this?
It's from a monopoly game?
Re: What is this?
Stereolithography, commonly termed 3d printing, or a laser cut bike charm?
Touring on a bicycle is a great way to explore and appreciate the countryside and towns you pass through. Make a difference...

A very soft hand holding an antique relic dating back to 103BC
Thought to represent a ancient deity that was worshipped and often tinkers with
by males while the females went hunting.

A BSO bottle opener, I just bought one from Mountain Warehouse, or rather it was a freebie when I bought another keyring type thing.

Spot on, though Gaz was in there first!Redvee wrote:BSO bottle opener
It works very well, and is in use almost daily.

No wonder the saddle is at an odd angle!
Re: What is this?
It's a very clever design.
Rigid too, no bending at all despite (almost) daily use since my birthday last November.
Bottles of Hobgoblin are only £1.25 each from Lidl, and I buy them by the dozen. Highly recommended.

Re: What is this?
I've no problem with the 'what is this?' theme of the thread, and I don't normally take issue with heads-up posts.....
....but: I do feel uncomfortable when the heads-up is for cheap booze of above average strength being sold at supermarkets (apparently the one referred to in this thread has an ABV of 5.2%, way above that of a typical brown ale). So this means that a 500ml bottle will contain 2.6 units of alcohol, and two bottles would take an adult male well over the recommended daily maximum intake of 3-4 units (less for a female).
Cheap supermarket booze is a major factor in binge-drinking and all the problems it entails. And this is a public forum.
I just thought I'd better say this.

So that's why they are £1.24 in Tesco right now

Stop! Stop, will you?! Stop that! Stop it!
Now, look! No one is to stone anyone until I blow this whistle! Do you understand?! Even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say 'Supermarkets sell cheap booze'.
