Hi - new to forum and would appreciate some advice please. I am planning doing the Calais to Montpelier route via Dijon etc next year. I will have rear panniers, handlebar bag and rear for roll/tent. I love my bikes but which would you recommend using? They are both unmodified from new and both have similar mileage - quite low. Thanks guys

No contest unless you're planning to ride the route offroad on MTB trails the Dawes is the far better bike to tour on.
