Thermarest Mondo King is the best and most comfortable mat ever. About 240 nights so far and still going strong. Anything that is light weight will sooner or later fail. To get good nights sleep you need to be able to vary the amount of give/air you allow a mat, that means it has to be quite thick

unfortunately they have spoilt the design witht he so called 3-d version that has vertical sides, like a cheapo air mattress, and more seams to fail and is heavier
