seems like can no longer do it online you have to phone up 0345 600 7245 and selecting option 8. What is are things coming to - First Virgin, now Greater Anglia. Makes a nonsense of their claim. Has any one use the phone number and how long do they keep you waiting? it is a local call number isnt it?
"Greater Anglia has committed to a significant programme of investment in cycle facilities across its network, and champions the cause of cycling as a sustainable means to access the railway" What a joke. I just dont understand how things are coming to this
Their contact form is also ridiculous assuming a particular journey only it seems on the date of the enquiry and forces you to give all sorts of personal data that is irrelevent to a general inquiry - infact they dont have the facility for that it seems at "Customer Relations" thats a joke

Find easiest is to go to the station and do thecreservation there. Abilio has invested in cycle parking and hire bikes, but they are making more and more difficult to take bikes on trains their stated aim is to stop this. Does really account for holiday makers,or cycle tourists.

Re: cycle reservations Greater Anglia/Abelio
It was on there website a couple of years ago. I did also speak with there rep at a meeting who confirmed as much. Their idea is to provide secure bike parking for commuters and Boris bike type scheme sat your destination. On the Norwich line the old mail coaches which were used for bikes not being replaced. Don't get this wrong they are not banning bikes, just trying to discourage bikes on peak commuter trains.
