And the route has to go via Coventry. Do you use Strava to log your miles as you can create routes on that and then have it on your cycling computer or phone to follow

Try Google map direction set to Cycling you can then add in extra points to give you a better route. You also have the advantage you can look at different parts of the route on street view.
NCR 5 is a good starting point for the first day

Yeah going to Coventry as ill be staying at a Relatives house before heading to london. Yes i user Gramin, Strava and Map my Ride.

you can download the GPX file yes and then should be able to add it to your Garmin or cycle computer
