Ibis is perhaps slightly more upmarket than Travelodge or Premier Inn (but only slightly IMHO).

Ibis Budget is a bit more downmarket than Travelodge or Premier Inn with basic and clean but small rooms.

I wouldn't stay in an F1 unless I had too. The rooms are very small and not ensuite. They tend to be on industrial estates and seem very popular with lorry drivers who wander around in their pants and vest drinking Amstel lager.

Have a look for Logis Hotels. These are smaller hotels, privately owned and generally pretty good. Prices can vary.
