Shape is a very personal thing, one man's luxury is another's instrument of torture. The ones I would recommend trying as they seem to suit more people than most:
1 Charge Spoon
2 San Marco Rolls
3 San Marco Regal
4 Brooks B17
5 Selle Italia Flite

For more relaxed riding, I'd also consider the San Marco Concor or the Brev.M Sellino which imitated it, the Dawes GT, the Selle Royal Contour and whoever it was that made the Turbo.
MJR, mostly pedalling 3-speed roadsters. KL+West Norfolk BUG incl social easy rides http://www.klwnbug.co.uk

Planet X clubman Bib shorts and Selle Basso saddle. A low-cost and super comfy setup.
