If you don't have mudguard eyelets there are models of mudguards designed to be fitted to such frames (examples).

For luggage the Podsacs range sold by PlanetX seem to be inexpensive & reasonably well made. I got a bar roll - not in the current range - & a couple of dry bags in a sale a while back but they haven't been used extensively yet to give a proper verdict (the short tour I was planning has kept having to be postponed for various reasons :( ).

Alpkit also do bike stuff that seems good & is less expensive than many of the big brands - I got a Koala 13l seatpack last year which rolls down quite small when not full but will swallow a fair bit of kit when the need arises. They have two shops where you can actually see the stuff if you are within striking range of either Ambleside or Hathersage.
