So last night while laying in bed this question came to mind!
Will be bagging our bike for our upcoming flight to the UK. For those who have done this how do you attach your name address,etc.?

I let the airline do it via the baggage label. I do have a frequent flyer label in my panniers.
Advice in the UK is not to clearly display your address on your luggage as thieves have been known to monitor airports and then visit your house while away.
If worried, you could tie a label to the bikeframe with your contact details.
