Best bet would be to try Bikes of Inverness. Best LBS in Inverness.

Ferry to Cairnryan, cycle to Stranraer, Scotrail; Stranraer/Glasgow Central, Glasgow Queen Street/Inverness.

Bikes and bits of bikes are couriered around the country all the time, dispatched by internet sales companies and private individuals. If you can break it down to an acceptable size and box it, a normal courier service will take it. Google parcel couriers for details. Cost often under £15.

If you don't want to disassemble and reassemble, it could be done by a bike shop, although this will cost a fair bit.

I thought you were flying with FlyBe?
