Take a look at Bespoked Show.

It’s a frame builder exhibition / show held every year in Bristol.

Lots of custom frames from touring to racing.

It's in late May near Clitheroe (up t'North) and I've been twice. Would recommend. Touring bike makers are there but what is best are the Speakers and informal atmosphere. You wont be disappointed

rather expensive and hard to get to for southerners

...but heavily biased towards the 'fashionable' end of the spectrum IME (enjoyable with it, though)

I've not been for a few years (or under the new regime), but surely they have touring bikes on display?
Sherwood CC and Notts CTC.

Not hard to get to at all with a bit of train and cycling jiggery pokery. I have reason to know
